We bought a treadmill at Freelander's in Luxembourg for € 3,800 and it was delivered on June 22nd, 2020. We were only able to try the treadmill after our vacation, but it was defective and it always sticks. On September 1st (hic) a technician came from Holland who had absolutely no idea. The only thing he did was call Lifefitness to find out what the error message meant. But no result. Now we have an appointment again on September 11th and we had to ask 3 times whether they would come in the morning or in the afternoon. Yesterday we finally got an answer. Conclusion: delivered on June 22nd and not yet benefited from it until 9th ​​September 2020. Let's see if what comes out on Friday. If not, I will unfortunately have to request legal help. At € 3,800, all of this is unacceptable.
