At the beginning of the new year, 2017, I started Body Support. Over the years my weight had secretly increased a little, while I still ate carefully, exercised a lot, but also snacked, snipped and snacked in between. Through a good tip, which showed me that I was eating too little, I started to study Body Support, contacted Marcel and it really works. There was a button between the ears, but it was lost with a smile. Every week, the kilos, my BMI, centimeters and fat percentage went down, eventually eating more. As a result, I lost more than 30 kg in 36 weeks. The weekly menus are surprisingly tasty and varied, the whole family benefits. I am now much fitter, healthier, in shape and balance. I am really satisfied and can recommend everyone to lose weight with a smile. Thank you Marcel for your support, your advice, your knowledge about food you shared, your patience and yes I know I did it myself, but everyone needs a stick behind the door. I am now able to maintain weight in a healthy way. My advice, contact Marcel if you want to know more.

Really the worst gym I have ever been to, absolutely not recommended. It is a small gym with very little space and some outdated equipment. In general, the employees are nice, with the exception of '' 'Marcel' '. He takes care of all finances and is not exactly friendly. If you use a groupon at this gym, then you should definitely pay attention when it starts and ends! After all, they can call you after 3 months and tell you that your (groupon) fitness subscription ends while you have paid for 6 or 12 months. Also the photos on the website are very misleading and it looks nothing like the actual gym. For the money you pay here you can find much better quality gym!
