Do NOT book with this travel agency. Your corona voucher at this agency does not have the same value as the voucher was issued for. When you hand in the voucher you suddenly pay an additional 35 euros in booking costs and you can suddenly pay nothing more from your personal income from lavida travel. This is not right. Don't book here. You will be misinformed (lied to) in advance, scammed and then completely ignored. Do not book here but directly with the tour operator. Lavida travel is abusing the corona vouchers. Don't fall for it. Such practices should be banned. Curious what the Travel Disputes Committee thinks about this.

I would never book here again! Before you book, they promise everything. But once booked, they do not fulfill all of these promises! An action code that works online with a discount is not actually redeemed! When your story goes, it is announced that Lavida Travel may always unilaterally change the conditions. To everything you ask, after a booking they have an answer why something is not possible! This is by far the worst travel agency I have ever had to deal with! You will receive very unsympathetic emails on your questions. Or none at all. A warned person counts for 2 Do not book here you are warned !!!!!!!

Unfortunately had a very bad experience with this travel agency. They offer good vacations and the site states that the trips include transfer except the city trips. Now we have booked an 8-day vacation to a resort in the south of Spain, which is just over 1.5 hours from Seville. Purely because we fly to Seville it is seen as a city trip (which it is not) and the transfer is not included. Very misleading way of offering in my opinion. Incidentally, a friendly customer service who fully agreed with us but unfortunately nothing can change ..

Have booked many trips in the past with Lavida and always great help and quick answers to any questions. However with our last booking it is not really spotless gone. Have booked a trip to Aruba including 2 people quite large and definitely wanted comfort seats. However, when booking it was decided to speak together just wait with booking with the comfort and first to go for Economy seats as there is always fun offers could come for an upgrade according to Lavida. After I had asked 2x by email if there were any offers were not answered, I received the third request to hear a price that was much higher than that at first was passing on. Because I hoped that she would come up with a better offer I had waited a while, but that was not a good idea because a week later, not enough seats could be booked. As it turned out that the tickets were booked through Expedia unfortunately I cannot upgrade seats via TUI while there were still enough available. Because at the last email it was probably still there 2 seats were available I asked by email if that was correct so that I could reserve it for tall people at least. Unfortunately I have not received an answer to these 2 emails after 1 week. It is a shame that a good customer is treated that way and not a solution is being sought.
