Unfortunately I have no positive experience with this. They had promised me a quote by telephone, but despite several attempts to make a call, they had not heard anything. The only thing I can say is that they fail to communicate with their potential customers. Furthermore, I have no experience with the organization of the trips.

What a bad experience and cannot recommend this travel agency to others at all! It all went wrong in the beginning because they change their original 5 star hotel at the last moment (last day) or they do not meet their package and agreements. I have also opted for the VIP package of € 5000.00. Once arrived I was in the room with 2 unacceptable persons, 1 of which was very unsanitary and the other was continuously calling and texting (all night), this was very stressful despite what I said. I then made a report to the group leader and he didn't care at all and walked away. In addition, the hotels are not completely clean for the entire stay in a 5 star hotel, there is not even a cleaner because this has been agreed to keep the price low. Incidentally, these are the bad points: - poor organization - do not keep appointments (price and service) - let you down (group) - you have no choice at all (rooms)
