Terrible customer service. Had damage and took full €500 deposit from creditcard whilst repair was a €100 max. Have been trying to contact them for about a year now. Horrible service, never returning calls. Never again with green motion.

Never ever. Earlier this year booked a rental car. The flight was delayed by 30 min. The rude girl told me she will "penalize me for being late". Since it was late I said "do whatever necessary but please go ahead, its late and I need to driver another 100 km and I am already exhausted”. This was too much for her, so she refused renting the car whilst she charged me for the rental. I had to search for alternatives = taxi + school bus + train + airport transfer. I hope the same will happen to her while her having holidays.

Teribble, they charged me 60 euroes at the counter without telling me that going abroad costs extra. Expensive and low quality of service. I was charged extra for returning the car 2 hours late, but at the beginning I was waiting there on my feet for 1 hour because the car was not ready to take. But nobody cares. 35 Euro administration charge if you get ticket . Awful. I will never rent a car from then.

Their desk staff is quick and friendly, but that's about the only thing positive on this company. WARNING Their prices for rental on their website are not complete (to look cheaper) Prepare to pay extra f.e.: (including, not limited to) Driving to France +50,- Cleaning of the car +70,- Handling of a speeding ticket: +35,- All these prices are probably hidden in small policy letters and not really visible when booking/prepaying for the car. Their equivalent of a Peugeot 206 is an old damaged Toyata Yaris 1.3 that had a constant tire pressure warning light on. It's fuel consumption is approx 1:12 (with 13h of constant highway). So be careful if they offer you a coffee, they might charge you for the milk and sugar.

Stay away from Green Motion We booked a car rental and after a 11 hour flight from Mexico arriving at the Green Mtion counter at Schiphol Airport, the person in charge refused us to rent the car because the system did not recognize my Mexican driver licence. So I went to Dollar rent a car, like years before and within 10 minutes I was outside with the car. Avoid problems, avoid Green Motion
