Bastion Hotel Zoetermeer

In response to cold room (15 c). I arrived at 11 pm and needed to go to sleep, had unpacked my stuff. Dont try to deflect blame about what I SHOULD DO. I suspect you turn off heat in entire hotel to save money because of covid times/lack of guests. I've travelled the world, and the immature trainees were rude and blaming in the morning when I left. Most unpleasant experience!

Visited this almost 22 years back. Wonderful experience.

Top floor is good. First floor rooms are small. Next to a busy railway. Clean and tidy. Breakfast is poor.

Its very nice hotel.

Clean simple hotel. Convenient to work but not much else. Staff is amazingly friendly. Rooms are clean and the shower is great. I only wish you supplied a higher grade of toiletries (Shampoo & soap are included in room) - I try to travel light but the ones supplied are atrocious so I will be packing these next time. There is no where to nearby to easily purchase anything. A small kiosk with snacks and small toiletries (besides the vending machine) would be helpful. Will stay again
