Fitness and health gym. I've been coming here for many years. This place is big enough to have all the equipment you want. You can do your own thing in the gym, ask for help or plan time with one of the trainers to go over a program that fits you. Also they offer classes for just about everything you can image. Yet, its small enough to be intimate. For those who just want to work-out and not do classes or sauna, the monthly fee may be on the high side

I am so happy with this gym that I drive from Rotterdam to Bleiswijk 3 times a week. Top team. And now corana trial. And nice salsation lessons

Professional gym where good guidance is given, we think along with you and work at a level. You can participate in challenging group lessons. There is a pleasant atmosphere that makes it feel like a second home.
