I already move a lot myself, but I wanted something more. I found this and I am very happy with it. Very friendly staff who know a lot about sports. There are times where there is a trainer who can help you with routines and such. There is plenty of choice so you can go and relax. Weights, machines, and more, and sometimes new things are added. There are also lessons, although I have not yet taken them, but I do intend.

Great gym. Enthusiastic staff, good and expert guidance. A lot of attention for children, but also for people over 55. Recommended!

Gym where you can train relaxed with 1st class equipment. Nice and knowledgeable staff and the opening times are long.
