Total fraud....do not trust this company.... They lie and do things that are not lawful or correct....

Weird debt collection company that sends debt collection letters and threats to wrong addresses. I don't normally open someone else's mail but after receiving mail from another person in my letterbox several times, I opened it. All weird threats from regulations to a strange person. Never heard of anyone who lived at my address with the name on this letter. So I don't know if this threat can be trusted. Since the previous occupant of my address was a woman and the letter is addressed to a man. Outrageous this. Really outrageous.

Never have I seen a bill or direct debit and suddenly one of them comes. The same as collection costs of 40 euros (revenue model?) They certainly do not report this to a judge if they use it that the companies are in default. This is also responsive to anxiety and stress that the recipients can get even with the short term and best business language. There are so many people with illness and poverty who cannot afford or do justice. Social again? It says pay within 7 days in their collection. There is nothing about a possible scheme for minimum income (There are how many homeless people now, that is not socially responsible?) There is no information where you can check whether there is something in the bank account history that something has not been refunded or received . Add that information, say (contra account / date or something) (the person who dealt with these matters has since passed away. Don't take that into account?) There is quite a bit of scamming in the Netherlands so it seems to me that there should be something to check. Especially if the person about whom something would have been entered into at the time has been dead for years. I have requested data on behalf of the heirs. I will report later when information comes. A few hours after my email I received a response that the file is closed. This after instruction from the client. There is a lot unclear to me about where this went and who or what. That's not really how it should be, right?

I had an open claim with a company, which was eventually forwarded to Trust and Law. Normally I have very bad experiences with other debt collection agencies. However, I have had good contact with Trust and Law and the staff is super friendly and cooperative during these unpleasant times. Thank you Trust and Law. Sincerely, A happy entrepreneur.

Do not respond to this collection agency. In my case they have no valid ground to claim, but have been trying for a number of years now. Ignore the emails or letters they send. They have no legal ground to claim money.
