Willem Buitenhuis of Beyond Financiele Diensten gave me a completely inadequate advice in October 2018 about switching in the composition of my policy. First, he was poorly accessible for telephone questions. He also advised to switch to a fund that had been closed for some time. Furthermore, he was not adequate in forwarding the completed switch form to the insurance company. A switch form that no longer appeared to be up-to-date and was therefore not accepted by the insurance company. This results in delays and loss of value of the policy. Finally Buitenhuis did not indicate that with the proposed switch the guaranteed final yield clause of the bond part would lapse. Mi. So a bad advisor that I would not recommend to anyone.
