I did not like the switch from Harmony (takeover by eClicker). eClicker carries out activities without coordination on the content of the assignment and then simply charges them.
There is no point in complaining, they are not open to reason, let alone adopt a lenient attitude to retain a benevolent customer. The law also does not seem to apply to their actions.
I then ended my customer relationship. I no longer do business with them.
Response to eClicker.
Really hopeless response. The facts are being distorted. I immediately complained about the invoice through 3 e-mails in the following weeks. After that I don't get a response anymore. A reminder procedure will then follow.
My first email was as follows:
"I would like to discuss the above problem with you. The UTP cable in the kitchen appears to have a broken cable.
The TV receiver does not work, and the Ethernet connection does not work anymore.
(in the kitchen).
I also like it when our internet, TV and telephone installation in the house is checked once and updated where necessary.
We have fiber from KPN (for many years) and were until you took over by you, a customer of Edwin Hermans / computer helper Harmony.
We would like to hear about the short-term options and the associated costs. "
This is a clear request for information and not a command to take a free hand without further consultation, eClicker.
You must legally according to Art. 7: 401 BW (Article 401 Civil Code Book 7), 7: 402 BW paragraph 1 (Article 402 Civil Code Book 7) and 7: 403 BW Article 403 Civil Code Book 7 to coordinate the nature and scope of the assignment with your client. If the client seeks contact with you by telephone during the performance, you should speak to him instead of acting on your own initiative and understanding. The noise generated is due to your unprofessional performance. You cannot / may not charge those costs. In short, the failure is purely due to your performance and in particular to your persistent attitude.
Then talked about putting pressure. You exert pressure to enforce payment of an incorrect invoice. After 8 e-mails and 1 phone call in response to your invoice, you remain in your position that you have not performed any work for which no order has been given and you do this all by e-mail. Only when I ask for a call do you call me.
If I put pressure back once and then you start complaining that I am putting pressure. A bit sad, I think. It is logical that after 8 emails and 1 phone call someone loses patience and also increases the pressure.
This is really incomprehensible. As a customer, I do not feel that I have been taken seriously by you and have not been heard. Only when I indicate that I am posting a negative review will you respond. Only then will you hear me, but still not listen. I have now paid your invoice under protest. But the customer relationship has come to an end. Especially now that you choose to continue this "miscommunication" through your review. Not professional, not responsive and commercially very clumsy.
From a commercial perspective, a complaint is an opportunity to do it again and do it right in the second instance.
I have had the "real" problems solved by another professional technician. These costs are many times higher than your bill. Now everything is working properly.
You have missed this opportunity. But then you must be open to the story of your client and you may have to step over your shadow. Otherwise, you will not last long in this industry.
Good fast service, price as agreed
Responding to requests for help is responded quickly. However, cases are not completed. Very reactive and not thinking along to come to a solution. What is asked is done. Thinking no further about the best solution is a lack of insight.
Was transferred from NAS to Cloud solution. NAS became full.
After my own research, everything appeared to be in fourfold. So cleaning and organizing should have been first consideration.
When transferring to Cloud I get 375 errors in my files. I had to solve it myself. How and what? I was able to find out myself via the internet. Endured two days of trail and error.
No more heard from them, so unplugged yourself.
