Have been trying to get in touch for 3 weeks due to a faulty device. The store is closed due to the lockdown .... I had one response via email that I have to send the invoice. Fine and done right away. Then they are nowhere to be reached. Not by e-mail, not by telephone and not via WhatsApp on his specified 06 number. It does come online so I am deliberately ignored! It is now arranged with the manufacturer through their competition. Really ridiculous for words, how they run this company. This ex-regular customer now goes to their competition !!
