Top store, you get good advice and if something breaks, it is resolved properly
Our son bought an air conditioner. He was not informed about the refrigerant used in the device. Upon returning home, after a functional test, the device turned out not to have the cooling capacity that you would expect from a mobile air conditioner of € 500.00. Called the next day for a return. That fell through. The law says that items bought in the store do not have to be taken back, all information is available in the store prior to purchase. They must give you that !! The device was returned at the cost of € 67.50 or he had to purchase a more expensive device, then there was talk. Expert has the law on his side, but doesn't care about the customer. All in all, Expert Wageningen is on our blacklist.
