Now working for 9 weeks, 3 times a week, noticeable difference in strength and endurance. For the first time in my life that I will not exercise with lead in my shoes. Versatile and every lesson is and feels different, you can build up at your own pace and receive clear and good instructions. Ideal for beginners and for the advanced crossfitter. Sebastiaan and Ejal are great people who like to see you get fitter.

After years of sports in the gym since last September started at CrossFit V12 and never regretted it! Every day there is a different lesson and exercises that you think you can never but improve very quickly because you are in small groups and your posture is very well looked after. I have learned so much in 4 months and so much stronger despite the fact that there is still a lot to learn .. you are never done here, but I love that! Ohja and Sebastiaan and Monique are also very nice! Hahahahahahahah! I recommend it to everyone! Succcccces!

Thanks to two years of faithful running I have built up a good condition, but I wanted to get a strong and healthy body in addition to strong legs. Now 2.5 months crossfit further I can say that it is working. Every workout is different, despite the fact that the same or the same type of exercises regularly come back. You are also just as often surprised. Sometimes the program is hell and sometimes it is wonderful, but I always feel satisfied when we are done and I am back home. I feel that the crossfit twice a week contributes even more to my fitness than running. The atmosphere is very good, because you are in relatively small groups, there is also a nice social element. Sebastiaan and Monique provide good guidance and you can always contact them with questions, which they really take the time for and have a professional answer. So it is highly recommended to try it at least once for a month.

Exercising was never really my thing, but we are now already 1.5 years after the first WOD and it remains fun! No training is the same and that makes it a fun challenge every time. Because you train in small groups, Sebastiaan and Monique have a lot of time for the right guidance, to encourage you (and to talk: D). The lessons are given throughout the day. Ideally example, if you work irregular hours, like me. Highly recommended 5 ******
