When cancelling my membership (no time anymore) in MAI, Enjoy health club kept debiting my account with the membership fee for several months. When I realised this and contacted them (several times already) they promised me several times to pay me back my money. So far this has not happened! I am very unhappy with how this is being handled by you guys :-(

Bad service in this corona time. It is 26 degrees Celsius in the hall, too hot for sports. blinds are not (or half) lowered by some employees in the morning. Disinterest? Not professional? Not so bad with the heat, according to Peter, sports is on your own responsibility. Is it too hot in the room? Then stay at home. Air conditioning should not be on due to the risk of corona contamination. Should be adjusted. Why isn't that happening?
