I always get so happy when my orders from Jootjes Haakcadeautjes arrive. What a nice material, very good quality and will certainly last a long time. The service is also fantastic. I once placed an incorrect order and this was resolved very nicely. Also received a nice replacement item for an item that was no longer in stock. There is also a quick response to emails or telephone contact. You are really great, I give a big 10! I hope you expand the collection further with crocheted stuff / cuddly toys. Very nice company. I placed my order late at night. The day after I got a call that they were packing my order, and the man noticed that I wanted to spell the word "baby", but had accidentally ordered 1 bead in a different color, just call to check if it knocked. So great that people think along. Customer service is clearly very important to this company! In addition, products are really of high quality and also have a Facebook group where you can show your creations and ask for tips.

What a joy it is to be able to work with your beautiful and especially great diversity of products. The contact with you is very pleasant and how thoughtful you are to often send a gift. In terms of quality, your products are top notch and more importantly that everything is certified and approved for use in bite toys. I do not order anywhere else and when I am looking for a product that you do not (yet) have in the range, you always look and think along to see if there is a way to order it. It's great to see that you are continuously expanding and designing your own products.

Great products, great service and competitively priced! I had some e-mail contact, as I had some questions about my order. Fast response and good communication. I wanted a bead necklace with all the beads and description, so that I can order more easily next time. This was no problem and it was put together for me right away. A bead was not present that was in the webshop. I was immediately called about this and I received a few other beads extra. Really great! Thank you. Next time I will definitely order here again!
