Dear Laco Venray, Where all other swimming pools in the area neatly use a reservation system online given the corona measures, this was not the case with you. That is why I called to ask if we could go with our young children that same afternoon. "Yes of course!" was the answer. "No problem". When asked if I didn't have to make a reservation, the answer was "no, you can just come and swim". We surprised the children with the announcement that we would spontaneously go for a swim and pack all our gear. Unfortunately upon arrival (15 minutes after opening time) we were already the 5th family that was sent away because it was 'full'. And this in the autumn holidays. Children go home in tears and disappointed. What mismanagement ...
