BTO Notebooks (N4ALL B.V.)

The laptop functions well overall, but there is one thing that annoys the hell out of me and that is the wifi receiver. How close do I need to be in the vicinity of the router for the laptop to **** pick up the signal. And no, the old HP of my partner has no problems at all. Guys, you really need to work on better wifi receivers in your laptops, this is not up to standard.

Most bang for your buck custom laptops & great service!

First laptop bought about a year ago, never dropped and processor to the buttons. I7 8th generation, I think for that money I buy quality but apparently not ... Unfortunately, I was hopeful about this. Next time buy a well-known brand again. EDIT, even though I still believe this shouldn't be happening bto skillfully solved the problem. Was a problem with the thermal paste, should not happen yet but errors do happen. No problems since then. EDIT, Same cooling problems since this post. Just don't buy this. Friends already warned that this is not an A brand and that is noticeable. Components from other brands are fine. Cooling, on the other hand, is just sad. Very dissatisfied.

In my possession for almost 2 years bought these after a lenovo yoga which I was very dissatisfied with hinges were very bad. I bought myself a BTO 15inch with of course fast SSD and RAM memory since I am not a gamer and no high end video card. Device is fantastic! both battery and hardware (device) .. for me the best thing I have ever owned. Asus and Toshiba and MSI just found out for me .. lenovo, medion, hp no not much luck of course had a model and so can have a completely different opinion. but the next one is definitely a BTO for me !!

Broken 4 times and nothing Two and a half years ago I bought a laptop for me and my daughter's college for 1200 euros. This laptop caused problems fairly quickly and has now been returned to BTO four times. Here the motherboard was replaced twice and the RAM and the m2 SSD once. After this the same problem again. Now I got an email that it was a usb board. Since I was told that a replacement laptop was an option, I assumed that I would receive good help after four times. Unfortunately, this was not an option according to the boss. My laptop would be too old, two and a half years. An additional warranty would also not be possible after a 4th repair, because the parts are outdated. I should just accept it. The joke is that if I had not called after the last email, they would not have done anything about the problem that the laptop does not restart when you hang it on the charger. I have clearly stated this because at my request they have sent a replacement charger twice in between. Unfortunately this didn't work either and unfortunately he had to go back. All this means that they are going to make it again and that it will be sent here again. If it breaks again, we can send it back and forth non-stop, with the result that I cannot use my laptop and that in December when the 3-year warranty has expired I have a laptop that I cannot use. Super nice! Well I don't accept it. You will hear from me
