Good service. Came from Germany to buy a GPS trackers and i am happy with the product. The sim they provide luckely works good here also.

Wat een slechte service zeg, als ik 0 kon geven had ik dat zeker gedaan. Jullie maken veel reclame dat jullie service heel goed is maar jullie bakken er helemaal niks van. Konden ze maar even veel aandacht geven aan de klanten ipv reclame’s die ze maken over hun service.

After a malfunctioning Ring Doorbell 2, first carried out some checks, then sent the device, tested by them, had a neat feedback; microphone turned out to be faulty. Then it was forwarded to Ring itself, and received a new one via Sitcon. Again through good feedback. Device was less than a year old, so full warranty. Neat clear short @mails and tel. Con's. So good service.
