Placed an order on BlackFriday which would be delivered on Saturday. Due to the incorrect registration (according to DHL) of the package, this was not taken into account by the relevant courier. This turned out to be too big for a consumer shipment as it was notified by EP. After I contacted DHL myself, I got to hear this and was then forwarded to EP. Upon inquiring, it would be sorted out and called back. However, I then had to call again and got another colleague on the line who could tell me that the package would be sent again and would be delivered on Tuesday. On Tuesday afternoon at 5 pm there was no trace of the package, on inquiry this turned out not to have gone well again. A female colleague with whom I discussed the above situation and find it very customer-unfriendly that I myself must be the one who has to take on the status of the package. Eventually received the order on Wednesday, where the package was delivered without a name or signature was requested ... Friday ordered, tomorrow at home does not go. And some form of thinking along is hard to find. In the future I place my order elsewhere, not recommended! Product is top-notch, but that is not the store :)

I would like to share my experience with a purchase at PE Maxwell Brunssum. On 03-06-2016 TV purchased was delivered 01-07-2016. To our surprise, we discovered that it was not a new TV. We saw this: the battery remote control was delayed And there were scratches and dust on the back of the TV, so this has been in use for quite some time (photos made of it). TV brought back seller Alex did not know how this was possible money back.Monday I will call head office to see how they respond.So beware with purchases PE-Maxwell Today I called myself with PE-Maxwell.Long story briefly describe1: Where people work, mistakes are made. 2: A TV or whatever is used in the store is sold as new because from the date of purchase the warranty period only starts. So even though the product has been on for hours / days / months, it is still new. I might get an explanation of how it could happen, but I apologize if you were fat, if I hadn't responded I would have had a TV that had been somewhere for a long time (used or not).
