Great experience, the service is comprehensive and the care outstanding. My hostess Gülay took care of me the entire day and made sure I was comfortable during the operation.

Team is proactive, and takes care of the patients. Entire trip is worry-free.

My brother had already preceded me and his stories were more than confirmed. The run-up to the operation was already very correct. The night before I went flying I received an extensive Whatsapp in which the driver introduced himself and explained with a short video where he would be waiting for me. I was taken to a beautiful hotel and was told around 6 pm what time the taxi would pick me up the next day. When I arrived at Esteworld the next day I was received by 3! Dutch speaking ladies. Everything was well explained and after the blood test the transplant could start. Before lunch, 3,600 hair follicles were removed from my head and after lunch they were placed on the bald spots. Gulay one of the three very friendly ladies guided me afterwards and explained the medicines and shampoos. "I didn't sleep very well at night, because you have to sleep on your back :-( The next day I got a check-up and everything was okay! Going home tomorrow and I look back on a professional company with extremely skilled, friendly and helpful people. I can recommend it .. At least .. now waiting for my future beautiful head of hair 😃

In March I had a telephone consultation with Hidde because of the Corona event. I have experienced this as very pleasant and clear. Because of this I decided to have a hair transplant done at Esteworld. Around October I had some contact with Margo who helped me with a few questions and my choice for the treating doctor. December 14; flown there. December 15; the day has arrived, exciting ... It is now really going to happen !!! I was picked up at the hotel and at the clinic you will be welcomed by your interpreter who will support you all day long. After the administrative part, blood is taken. After this you go to the treating doctor who will mark the hairline and the treatment area. I was happy with the drawn hairline so I was allowed to go to the hairdresser. They shave off all the hair. Then the anesthetic follows… not really nice, but after 5 minutes you don't feel anything anymore. Then the hair follicles are harvested by a team of 3 ladies. When that is done you have a short lunch break. The receiving area is now numbed. Just bite for 5 minutes and you're done. The treating doctor will now make the cuts where the hair follicles will be placed back. Then the team of the 3 ladies is busy putting the hair follicles back and it's done. After some explanation from your interpreter you will be brought back to the hotel. I felt fine so I went out to eat something. December 16; the rest day just as nice in Istanbul. December 17; washing and checking by the doctor. From the clinic you will be returned to the airport. In short, everything is really arranged down to the last detail and the communication is all neat. Hidde and Margo thank you very much for your clarity.
