Paul, Pieter and Sher have helped us very well with the purchase and sale of our house. We are very satisfied with how they photographed our house, made the website, it was posted on funda. The advice on stying and prices were good. And the viewings went great! They were all very friendly and professional !! I would hire them again! The only downside was that the office staff responded too late once to schedule a viewing at another house for us.

My girlfriend and I bought a house at Overduyn Makelaars in September 2020. We had been looking for a new home in IJsselstein for a while and regularly came across Pieter during viewings. Pieter was always friendly and provided good advice. He let us look through the exterior and see the possibilities, without any sales talk. Overduyn goes that extra mile to ensure that you find your dream home and that you enjoy living there. If we are going to move in the future, we will certainly choose Overduyn!

We were very well guided by Overduyn in buying and selling. The contact was professional, but at the same time personal and pleasant. And it was very nice that we received a quick answer to texts, even if we sent them in the evening or at the weekend. Moving is stressful anyway, but this part of the move went without a hitch.

We had a pleasant introductory meeting with Overduyn Makelaars in which the broker matched our wishes and understood our situation. The real estate agent offers a full package with the use of a stylist who gave tips for our property so that it appeared nice and clear in the photos. During visiting hours / viewing moments, we received clear and pleasant feedback on the visits that had taken place and advice on which steps we could best take. all this has resulted in a good sales price / quality ratio. Overduyn Makelaars is definitely recommended!
