The collaboration with Gwen has been very satisfactory. Gwen works with professionals for the different aspects of the process: the styling, the photos, the measurements, etc. And also for additional matters and advice she knows how to bind the right people. The whole runs like a well-oiled machine, without it feeling like a machine: the contact is personal and the way you want (so one time a telephone conversation, then email and another time WhatsApp). You do have to do something yourself, because you are given advice on what you should do to the house to put it better on the market. Of course that is up to you whether you do it or not, but I can assure you: they are tips and recommendations that certainly help in the fast and good sale of your house.

Were planning to invite several brokers, but after Gwen's visit we have waived this. An excellent plan of approach to put the house on sale. Good photographer and a stylist who makes the house tip top in order after proper consultation. Extremely professional team which is always ready for you and can be reached and reacted very quickly and at all times. House can sell very quickly for an amount above expectations. For the people who want to sell their property: save the time and effort but contact Gwen directly.

In the past we had bought our current home at Gwen. Now that we wanted to sell this house we knew right away that Gwen should sell the house. Gwen makes you as a buyer and seller comfortable, has a lot of knowledge and is very involved and interested. During the sales process we were regularly informed so that all matters are clear and transparent. We have experienced this as very pleasant. This very competent broker, gives extremely valuable guidance in the sale of your house. Nothing is left to chance. We can wholeheartedly recommend her. Of course there is a price tag, but that earns itself back.
