Useless broker - I wanted to sell my house through them, and they said they would get started but I haven't heard anything else. Besides, I later found out that it is not an official maker's job. Really unprofessional behavior and a waste of time !!

Worthless!! So a waste of your money to go into business with this brokerage. Very little supply and you must be (really) lucky if a home becomes available. They work from word of mouth and worthless price / quality ratio. In addition, received bad advice from someone who apparently did not have enough experience. On the site they talk about emotional aspects, but they really don't care. Beware!!

We have not taken this broker into our own hands and have only been in contact with him regarding the purchase of our new home. We have found that communication is poor, punctuality is not of paramount importance and you often have to go after everything to achieve results. We have experienced the entire transfer as very sloppy and even tedious, which is one of the reasons why we are now involved in a legal battle. We are convinced that this would not have been necessary if, for example, communication from the broker to its customers had been very clear. The positive point is that the gentleman was on time in person.

We have experienced the services of casa brokerage as excellent. Our house was sold quickly and the entire handling was well organized. We will definitely sell our next house through Casa Real Estate.
