Having an appraisal carried out, what a disappointment that was. The maker was ready later than agreed, I had to call myself to ask where he was. Subsequently, the report took more than 3x as long to be delivered. In addition, I also had to provide documents myself at the last minute (instead of having reported this in the weeks before they said they were working on it). You will then be called back after working hours about accepting their own terms and conditions / assignment before they can send the report (which I have been waiting for a long time for). They sent this by email without paying attention to what happened with it or even sending a reminder (for example in the weeks before). Finally, the agreements regarding the settlement of the payment of the valuation have been forgotten, and a reminder is simply sent afterwards. In short, I don't recommend doing business with this, the service provided is dramatically bad. And it looks like the administration could also use an improvement.

This broker allows himself to be put to the cart of notorious slum landlords. They buy houses and the seller does not know who is behind it. So act unscrupulously.

Broker hardly responds to emails, of the 3 emails I sent only 1x response. Bad business card, not a suitable party if you want to sell your home and interested parties hardly get a response.

I have nothing but praise for Aspekt Makelaars. I had to sell a house in Utrecht where I do not live. The broker has done a lot to realize the sale, to get a good price and to realize the entire sale and settlement.
