GCA in the arm because of a conflict with the municipality about building area / building permit. In addition to the result (zero on the complaint), the road to it was also quite unsatisfactory: At first, it seemed we were not high on the priority list, and we could wait weeks for a response to emails. Better later but certainly not good. Opinions were also not great, we had to come up with the idea to demand a correction on a letter from the municipality with factual inaccuracies. The expertise also seemed better than it was. The lawyer was surprised on crucial points and appeared not to have a plan B or creative ideas. Involvement, only during the crucial phase (meeting with the municipality) did it seem to be there, but before and after, hardly. Reviews could be placed on customer stories, I also have a doubtful experience with that, but I will not charge GCA anymore.

They have great personal contact with them. That is also noticeable, excellent help!

Partly because of Goorts Coppens lawyers came out of the case worse than we stepped in. In my opinion, they cost us a lot of unnecessary money. Probably more than it would have cost if we hadn't hired lawyers. Very badly advised. Another law firm next time.
