Gebeld voor een zwaan die een gebroken vleugel had netjes te woord gestaan, duurde wel wat lang voor hij werd opgehaald op een hele drukke weg, jammer dat je geen terugkoppeling krijgt dat hij is opgehaald en verder beleid. Jammer wellicht een leerpuntje

Called about a clearly stressed, unknown cat that had been moaning in front of my house for days. Never seen before, no collar, obviously very stressed / confused and not just in heat (I've had cats all my life, I know the difference). I was given food and water, but unfortunately I could not bring the cat in myself because of my own cats. After 3 days this cat was still in front of the door, so I called. Very gruff, reluctant employee at the door. Immediately received a whole sermon that I should "not call for every cat". Excuse me?? I've never called before, and this cat was acting very strange for days! She scanned the chip incorrectly, said it had an address on it, and immediately took the cat. Does it end well? So no. I was told weeks later that the cat just came from MY STREET, here too was neatly registered on the chip, AND that the owner could pay 150 euros because they had held the cat for THREE days, including a weekend, without giving any reason . Earn good money! So I don't donate anymore to the animal ambulance, if this is how they sew people's ears on. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Called this afternoon about a young swan that came swimming past with a fishing hook / float from its mouth. Tonight I saw the whole family (7 pieces) quietly sail past. No more float. Nice work ! Thank you for your action
