Customer friendliness is very hard to find here. Always close well before closing without any mention. Have stood in front of a closed door often enough. On some days (days when they should be open) they don't open at all. Every time I have to arrange something here, I get annoyed by the laxity of the people who work here. Even an ordinary friendly smile takes too much effort for them. I don't understand why they don't quit if they hate it so much.

As a regular customer usually well helped by the ladies who are normally there. I perish today as it is on the VVV gift card website to convert my old vouchers to a pass i.v.m. digital purchases. Am I disgusted by the Saturday power ... No, we don't do that, we don't accept it. I ask nicely, dude on the VVV website it says that I can still spend them here. What should I do then? The lady in question: I don't know, we will not be reimbursed! Well nice then, in a bit normal way talking to customers should have been possible ... Too bad for the ladies who are usually there, owners I suspect, but I will not be back.

Not smooth and customer friendliness is hard to find. They are also always closed before closing time ... and I had to walk there several times even though I am chronically ill because they claimed that the package was not there. Called again later by phone and claimed they were not, then via postNL and their had called Primera and oh he was there anyway .. so I could go there twice .... just looking closely is too much trouble! Edit: luckily I moved to the schelfhorst !!! What a great primera here !!!
