Due to an error in the system of the Audi A3 e-tron, which is now preventively repaired by dealers, our lease car from Huiskes has been standing still for 8 weeks. Because the contract is about to expire, we have requested that the lease contract be terminated prematurely. After all, the car is not running, it is broken and after 8 weeks no one has sight of a repair date. Huiskes asserts that we have replacement transport and do not have to nag. Every thinking person understands that replacement transport is meant to bridge a short period and in this case there is simply an absurd situation in which, with the words of the vendor concerned, we still have to have a solution within 2 weeks, so we also pay EUR 2400 as the lump sum payment ". As always applies: in times of need you know what you have something. The flexible, friendly service that you encounter suddenly stops when a problem arises.
