What a bad company. I bought a mobile air conditioner through another company that was supplied by ME-Electronics. A part broke quite quickly, after which it took more than a month and many emails with the other company, before the unit was picked up by ME-Electronics. Then I waited more than 3 months, but did not see the unit again. The other company that sold the unit to me didn't hear from ME-Electronics either. Last weekend I was called twice by a verbally aggressive man who demanded on behalf of ME-Electronics that a negative review on Google Maps about ME-Electronics be removed. He assumed it was posted by me, which was not the case. If that review didn't get removed, he wouldn't do anything to get the portable air conditioner back to me. I now also understand the negative review that was posted earlier. I have now received my money back from the other company where I bought the unit.
This company will keep you on the line, bought a device through Handel bij van Andel that was supplied by ME Electronics, they are not at home for service, has been on the line for 3 months. Really, don't buy anything there!
Purchased new induction cooker. Helped very pleasantly and professionally. Marcel and colleagues thought along with us and helped us make the right choice.
