I approached Diederik after my resignation, because I was of the opinion that this was / is not justified. After he took the time to listen to my side of the story, he worked for me with the right legal 'tools' to ensure that the dissolution went smoothly and correctly. Returning was excluded after what had happened. In the end we came out. That chapter is now closed. In 2014 I called in Diederik again to hold my former employer liable for negligence regarding the payment of my life course. Correspondence from a lawyer makes more impression than an email from a dismissed employee. Diederik has prepared a prefect letter with sufficient arguments and calculation. The lawyer of the former employer could not but admit 'guilt'. The remaining amount will still be paid.

I had bought a passenger car, afterwards it turned out that the mileage had been tampered with. Of course this was not what I wanted and I wanted the sale to be reversed. There was no conversation with the garage. Then I came into contact with Diederik Briedé. I was kindly helped by Mr Briedé and he took all the time to listen to my story. Due to Mr. Briedé's effort and the good letter that went to the garage, the purchase was canceled and I got the purchase price back. Super good service and a nice contact. A good lawyer.
