Sold a holiday home in Gramsbergen through correct brokers. If during the negotiation his brokerage is in danger because the sale may not go through, the broker will listen to the conditions / interests of the buyer. You expect otherwise, especially given the high fixed commission for the houses of the Hooge Holt.
