In my family we have now used the services of these brokers 3 times. Good communication, good sales strategy and they do everything they can to achieve the best result for me as a seller, while remaining very realistic towards the buyer as well. I think it is a very pleasant office and would not hesitate to work with them again next time.

Erik Haverkamp: February 11, 2020 signed the purchase contract for our new home. Key handover May 1, now there appears to be a leak at the extension and the skylight at the top of one of the slack rooms. Contacted the broker to address the selling party for hidden defects. Now it appears that the broker has included a clause in the purchase agreement (Article 20.2) that the house is 54 years old, while the house was built in 1992. I addressed this to the broker during the signature process and was then assured that this was a type of error and that it would be corrected. This clause ensures that no claims can be made for hidden defects. We will certainly still engage them because this practice is pure scam. So be careful when you deal with this broker.
