Smooth sales by this friendly team, for which we thank you very much. Our previous house was also sold by Zengerink Makelaars, we now opted for a broker with enormous experience and market knowledge. A very pleasant feeling that quality is delivered during this important step, both in the non-binding appraisal and in the implementation with the very extensive marketing plan. What a lousy company, so terribly unprofessional. They completely missed the mark in all areas. If you have a common house, everyone can sell it in the current market, but for a less common house (which is not mentioned, by the way) Zengerink is not the right choice. Put on the market completely wrong, after 3 months of very little or no serious reaction the price lowered. Still little response. Subsequently, I did some renovation myself, which, according to Hans Zengerink, was not necessary at all. If there was a viewing and you were called about this and you ask "nice, what are they like? Starters or older people? Do they come from Hengelo?" I don't know, did not answer the call, you will be told. So unprofessional !!! People are not called afterwards, you will not be kept informed unless you call yourself. No, certainly not a company to recommend, a lot of nice talk but very little wool.
