Joop Hassink Written on February 9, 2021 I would recommend this broker. An enthusiastic broker from the beginning to the end. No excessive commission and a realistic estimate of the possible yield. When many viewers already registered, an extra film was made (Given the interest that was already expected). Always available, always enthusiastic. Did what he promised and came to a good result above the already hefty asking price. Sold house within two weeks. Can heartily recommend Caspar van Snelder Zijlstra Makelaars. We are very well and professionally helped by Gert Jan de Jonge of Snelder and Zijlstra. It was our second experience in 2 years with the broker and also this time it was good working together. Short lines and clarity during the entire sales process. We will certainly choose this broker again next time.

Made an appointment to view a house on Friday, luckily be able to move to Tuesday because the house would "most likely" be sold Friday. On Tuesday, a very good offer was offered well above the asking price. This would be discussed with the sellers, the next day contact that the viewings of Thursday continue, after which the best offer so far would be the selling offer. Friday the phone finally rang, the redeeming word, we thought (as agreed). Instead, a bidding process is being initiated (discussed on Tuesday that this was NOT going to happen). We were already so far above the asking price that we did not need a game and left the bid that way. Today phone that the house is sold for a little more than our offer. It is a great pity, also for the seller of the house. They could have got more for us from their house, if that had been discussed with us than they have got now. Lousy communication and the agreements not made. Extremely bad.

Very nice cooperation in the sale of my father's house. Niek Geerdink was always very helpful, took away all stress and very quickly in reactions and help. It was a difficult situation mainly because we live abroad. Thank you very much for any help with reselling our home!

Professional and involved .. Both the purchase of our new house and the sale of our old house went well. Despite hectic time, we were able to take photos on Funda in a very short time. We also always got a clear and quick answer to our questions .. Just great agent!
