Even though I filled the form stating about my anesthesia and heart condition and after spoken to Dr. Anouk Nijhuis that I can not receive normal anesthesia but special anesthesia for hyperthense patientes, she applied the standard one anyway. I started having heavy heart palpitations and my chest almost exploded. I started having the reaction on legs and left arm and I was starting having convulsions. i had my heart medication at hand and I was able to control that after 15 minutes. Dr. Nijhuis was coming and going attending other patientes, made some work here and there and then come back to me after the shaking was controlled. I vomited and had a lot of nausea during the following 2 days as well as terrible headaches and missed work. I have been waiting this time for an apology. I gave her time to contact me and at least say sorry, but nothing. She almost killed me if I havent had my pills

Great practice with skilled dentists and assistants. It's great that you can always go to calamities. That is the advantage of multiple dentists in one practice. Very satisfied!

Friendly dentists and assistants who do their job with passion, and care about you as a person. You notice that they are knowledgeable, and they take the time for you. The explanation of procedures is relaxed, clear, and all your questions are answered. I am proactively investigated and advised to prevent problems in the future, which really appeals to me. The appointment reminders via SMS, email and paper are handy, and there is always parking space for your car or bicycle. Already have several procedures done, very good experiences at this practice (I have Marieke as a dentist). Also positive: special attention is given to put children at ease.

was always very satisfied. especially with Ayse, she has taken a lot of fear away from me. what is very disappointing to me is that you are first looked in your mouth by 3 people and then the dentist comes and then all kinds of advice to get as straight and white teeth as possible. I personally think that is terrible. if you call you will be in the queue for 5min plus. and if your regular dentist leaves you will not hear anything about it. we are looking for a smaller practice.

Modern practice. Good communication and especially quality, which is evident from no complaints after treatments, treatment proposals and specific advice on request and short waiting times. Clear method (dental hygienist, dentist). No unnecessary actions.
