I wonder if these people have an ethic or values! Disappointing customer service , I took a plan of 6 months from November to April , the subscription kept going without notifying me that it would not stop at the end of the plan. I had to pay 2 extra months including the "cancellation month". Not recommended !

Good equipment and instructors. There's a mix of regulars and beginners that are friendly and open.
The staffs are really nice and very helpful. But the gym owners and management is extremely poor and a rude bunch of people. I'd choose big gym over this any day.
How businesses treat people during the pandemic tells a lot.
