Friendly crew. Visiting people generally are quite friendly to. Equipment dumbbells and mats are a bit worn though. Could use more maintenance.

This location is preferred due to there being lockers outside of the dressing rooms. Basic fit does not let pre-op transgender people use the dressing rooms, but you have no issues with using the restrooms so just change in there.

The carpet is just gross. Weird spots on the ground everywhere. Equipment could be better maintained. Squeaky treadmills, dumbbells that need to be replaced ... equipment creaking.

It is still quiet at the moment, so you can actually go all day (evening) it can be different, but I train in the morning. Very friendly staff and a nice atmosphere, recommended if you just want to train without all kinds of poopie joopies around you top😄👍 !!!
