mr. Kalma has defended my interests excellently during a "Settlement Agreement" procedure. The procedure had to be completed in a period of one week. After 14 years of service, it was an emotional time for me and through the conversations he was able to reassure me very well through his experience, knowledge and peace of mind. He has completed the entire procedure with the employer and has been able to achieve an excellent outcome. During the process he kept me well informed about the progress and progress. That 1 star has been well received That 2nd star is for offering help Unfortunately I cannot recommend those other stars because he does not think that every letter he makes or telephone call costs money !! He was more concerned with collecting money than helping me! (My experience)

Mr Kalma has supported me in a dismissal procedure. He was able to unravel the problems in great detail and convey my arguments perfectly to my employer. The communication with my employer was conducted by Mr. Kalma, which took away a lot of stress from me. He did an excellent job and I am therefore happy that I let him represent it.
