Feenstra did not initially want to replace or equip with the thermal overheating protection as described in the investigation report. "They are not a fire hazard during periodic maintenance" was the response. After insisting, Feenstra promised to install this protection, but planned appointments were canceled twice (due to delivery problems of the manufacturer due to corona). Then we (and some fellow street residents) receive a letter that the boiler will be replaced due to age. It is good that Feenstra is doing that, but Feenstra is again undermining the problem! A street resident sees that Feenstra is replacing the boiler at our place and calls Feenstra for an appointment. "We will not replace your boiler" (while this is a MegaDense, see NVWA survey). Why?? Then yes, but the street resident should approach the mechanics directly for an appointment instead of via customer service ... That's what customer service is for, right? I don't understand Feenstra's vision in this piece. In short: - Mechanics do their job well! - Customer service really needs to improve ... It's about human life! Have advised Feenstra to do something with this, as a residents' committee we will continue to strive for safe combustion for all tenants. Tip: check which boiler you have and Google whether it is potentially a fire hazard and take action if necessary.

In 2017, on the basis of renting and maintenance, having a (new?) Heating boiler installed via Feenstra. From day 1, only had failures. Several mechanics have been, but the malfunction was not resolved. 1. Pump connected incorrectly. 2. Replaced broken fuses and the boiler continued to show signs of malfunction. 3. Or it didn't get warm in the house. 4. Or the temperatures rose to 28 degrees. (bulge) Calling over and over. Complaints were not urgent enough, so they had to pull the kettle out. Nice, .... we also had no hot water. Now, 2021 after two and a half years, have the boiler picked up by Feenstra. No further questions or a response from their side. The person who picked up the boiler mentioned that this boiler was going to the next customer. ??? Too bad for the next customer who will get our HR ++ combie boiler. Chuck

The accessibility and friendliness on the phone can be much better. Appointments at 2 addresses that can be handled at the same time cannot be divided over 2 days, which is much cheaper. We have experienced this several times, incomprehensible

Weird club with weird staff. My boiler turned 15 years old, got ripped off from one moment to the next, had to buy a new one. Because of this rude comment, my maintenance contract has been canceled. Then the party started completely with the Feenstra customer service. The termination was assumed arrogantly. At my request to send a confirmation, the answer was NO and the phone call ended. Hence, a strange company, with strange people working there.
