They had installed our solar water heater for us 2 years ago (a lot of drama back then as well, faulty installation that took weeks to convince them that it was wrong). It was never clear how oftenthe boiler had to be serviced back then. Suddenly one day overnight this summer the pressure dropped and I tried to contact them by phone. One more day passes and the pressure dropped even more, on the third day it had fallen to 0 bar during night time. The receptionist promised to call back, she never did (this is the case every time I called them, they never call back). I asked them by email if they could come by and have a look to see what was wrong. Success. In the end I get a date a bit more than one month ahead (I arranged it end of June, earliest they could was early august). The guy shows up and decides that yeah it just needs a bit more coolant. So he starts to fill it without informing me of the costs. Ok. This took 30 minutes (I took the time with a stopwatch from when he rang the door until he left). He also used around 10 liters of coolant (which should cost upwards of 40-50 euros incl. BTW on websites like warmteservice). I then get a bill for 165 euros without specifying anything except "service for the solar heater" which I found quite expensive for what he did, I have checked with other businesses in the vicinity and they charge a lot less... I asked them over email to please clarify what the costs were but I never got a reply. I sincerely do not recommend anyone to do business with this company, if so, do it at your own risk. This company will act all friendly until it's time to get payed.

I had a new boiler installed at this company and immediately renewed my shower. Everything went in good consultation from day 1, agreements were fulfilled, and except for a small problem (which was resolved within a day after contact) I can only recommend this company. Next year we will renew the kitchen and then I will certainly request a price from Eek Installatietechniek.
