the WC was unclogged pretty quickly but they broke the spring of the toilet cover :(

I had called on a Wednesday, unfortunately because of everything, someone could only come on Monday, it was said between 13:00 and 17:00, unfortunately at 17:00, nobody called. Was then indicated ooh they have passed on time well they will come because we just keep working. I waited until 6:30 pm and still no one had come. Did I call again when it was said oh then the day mechanic did not succeed and it went to the evening they really come, but can not pass on time. since they had to be in the bathroom and my 4-year-old daughter really had to go to bed, I indicated that I thought this was not normal and I understand the situation, but that it is of no use to me. Then we said ok, then we will reschedule the appointment, but is it possible only next week, so a week later? I was silent for a moment, the person on the phone already figured it out and said I can pass on that they will call you if it can be done earlier. I like to say. Less than half an hour later, my daughter was already in bed. I was called that they would come the next day but unfortunately could not give a time but they would call me 10 minutes in advance that they were coming. Okay top that was a good solution for me. The next day at 10.30 am the bell rang because the mechanic was at the door, so I was not called in advance, luckily I was at home. But the same was true later and I was picking up my daughter from school. Anyway the mechanic was friendly and gave me some tips. And indicated that he came all the way from Amsterdam because it was very busy here. So it's nice that it has been solved this way. All in all, despite all the hassle around it, my problem has been resolved and I am otherwise satisfied.

Made an appointment twice. Nobody showed up. When I then address the employee on the phone, he hangs up.
