Ik heb nog nooit zon bedrijf meegemaakt. Als je een klachtenformulier invult reageert er niemand. Ook na herhaaldelijk bellen. Ik hoop oprecht dat niemand meer gebruik maakt van Feenstra en ze langzaamaan failliet gaat. Een bedrijf als dit gun je je ergste vijanden niet.

Kitchen geyser under maintenance at Feenstra. Mechanics were quickly on site, making an appointment easy. Very friendly mechanics both times. The point of feedback is that I find the lady (s?) On the phone helpful and professional, but not that friendly. They felt they were not accessible (if true: 'don't ask too much'), when that is not the case. Also with a question about my heating, for which Feenstra is not employed in this building, I was well helped by the customer service with the expertise they have.

Fantastic technicians but what a lousy customer service.
