Very bad service. Where it says they can deal with anxious patients. But you come back here with a traumatic experience. I have described their site the following. I quote: "Are you anxious or have you gone through a traumatic experience and you have lost confidence, then dental practice Van Huizen will gladly help you a step further. If you have other specific wishes, you can of course contact the practice." My mother had to rush there today. She is very afraid of the dentist and now it turned out that she also had to undergo a root canal treatment. Especially no fun for a fearful person. So go for anesthetic. Or so she thought. This turned out not to work, after indicating this he said we will try it. She raised her hand twice with great pain during the treatment. Then a dentist normally stops. Mr. Herwin just kept going. When my mother took his hand he only reacted and eventually gave some extra drying after a lot of effort. When my mom said it hurt. He replied casually "pain is an emotion". How inhuman you can treat your patient. Especially in a situation where someone is anxious and needs urgent treatment. With this dentist you will certainly never regain your confidence in a dentist as they promise. It actually makes you more anxious! Thanks. Absolutely never go !! Bad service and absolutely not living up to their vision.

My husband and I have been patients here for 6 years; first to all satisfaction, but since the relocation of the practice, the dentist and especially his wife have gone to the head. My husband is div. return after tinkering has been done on broken molars. Everything is rushed off or left to assistants because the dentist himself has absolutely no time for his patients, but they consider sending invoices for poorly done work very normal. Luckily I hardly have any complaints, but the last time I suffered from my gums, the answer was: you must have eaten pizza with those hard edges !!!!! Fortunately we switched to Giethoorn where time and attention is being paid to you and where you are taken seriously. Keep it up dentist van Huizen and the patients will frequently leave the practice and that is your fault. And oh yes, maybe a tip for Mrs. van Huizen to take a course in dealing with clients because your behavior is very rude and your administration is also very poorly organized.

After a small disagreement they worked out fine they think in solutions! Nice new building I am still a bit anxious but when I first got there I was terrified maybe it will never go away completely but they do their best to make me feel comfortable

Very customer unfriendly. This only after the question whether they take on new clients. I am completely perplexed after the phone call. On the site they try to recruit new clients by proclaiming themselves as a specialist in treating people with fear of the dentist. Had Mrs. van Huizen on the phone herself, without being able to fully introduce myself, I completely turned away and she told me with a double accent that they were not waiting for my kind ... I am completely perplexed after this telephone conversation ..... Don't be fooled by the website, the reality is the opposite!
