Walked into case several times with questions about my sony handycam, each time was sent to a different store. When I eventually bought a tripod after a very unfriendly service, it turned out to be incomplete and I was a lot cheaper online at various stores for the same tripod. When I got back to the store, the store owner told me he probably still had it behind. When I said that it was no longer necessary from me given the lousy and unfriendly service, he called me childish and I no longer had to come into his store. Apparently the gentleman had an opinion about me that I have walked into the store a hundred times without buying anything, no, you don't think it's crazy if you keep sending me away. I advise everyone else to get your camera accessories and the like elsewhere. Ps yes I am of foreign descent and could clearly notice that that was an issue.
