Have them handle a case on behalf of Felix Bedrijfsjuristen. In addition to the fact that the run-up was rather difficult (it was not due to BVD), there were various hiccups and delays in communication during the process, as a result of which the overall eventual experience as a whole was not experienced as positive. Documents had to be studied carefully for minor misconceptions and / or errors, reactions took a long time to arrive, so that sometimes the time pressure increased for a substantive response. We would have liked to see it differently, but have to accept that it went the way it did.
