Bad sales broker. Upon inspection, he could do nothing about the apartment, tell the land size etc, had a folder with information about the property. When signing a provisional purchase contract, the questionnaire was not supplied (important for a house with an age clause) and now he does not want to deliver it. You need him 10 times behind the pants to get information or to ensure that it reports a hidden defect to the seller. Literally told me on the phone I have nothing to do with you, I don't want to talk to you anymore and see how you get the questionnaire
