Incredibly poor service, had an important photo shoot. The taxi did not arrive at the agreed time, uninterested nasty man on the phone and the taxi finally “stood outside my house” 5 minutes earlier without ringing or calling. They then left at the agreed time. Then called if they could find it and the man told me without offering an excuse that the taxi had a different order
