I recently attended the baking sourdough bread workshop at Marika because I wanted to know why my home-baked sourdough bread is often mediocre. I learned from Marika how important it is not only to bake with good ingredients, but temperature, time, dough shape, etc. are very important. According to Marika's recipe and explanation, we baked 3 delicious breads that we took home. The home front was also very satisfied with that, It was an educational and pleasant workshop. Marika is enthusiastic and generous in her knowledge transfer. I can definitely recommend baking bread with Marika. Josee Puts
