You don't even deserve 1 star. I've been trying to reach you for a week but can't get hold of anyone. All soooo contradictory and amateurish. For example, on a Tuesday afternoon at 3 pm, I am told that you are closed and that you are available from Monday to Thursday until 5 pm. Uuh ..... This is a bit strange. There is also no answer on the 070 number. I'd say get rid of the phone. Still has no added value. So exhausting.

SUPER BAD! from 11 am to 3 pm I was on hold! After being on the line for 2 hours, realize that my phone has cut off the call. Then it was calling again! I have been on hold for an hour and a half and at that moment I am the 2nd one on hold. In the meantime it has already been 3 pm and I am still waiting for the second time. Everyone is just home! Really outrageous! And then you call for information about urgent travel to Suriname due to death!

Year in and year out you are treated rudely. Very sorry. Especially on the phone, horrible how they hang the phone in your ear. There really has to be a change because this is really not good. Dealing with people properly is hard to find with those people, I think.
